In the last 20+ years, I have been working with children as young as toddlers to young adolescents and their families in California, New York and in London to navigate challenges at many different life stages. Together we can explore a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, loss experienced by bereavement or divorce/separation, big moves, family breakdown as well as learning or attention difficulties, bullying, trauma, abuse that can impact the family life and school.
I am also specialised in perinatal mental health, infancy and early childhood mental health.
I also support children with difficulties of relating and communicating. children with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
My goal is to empower the parent to be strong advocates for their children, and build on their children strengths to build positive and close relationships, have fun and promote social, emotional and cognitive development.
